Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo

This shampoo is perfect for transitioning, chemically damaged, and dry hair. It leaves your hair feeling super moisturized. In fact, I used the Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo, merely by itself, and it left my hair feeling so soft. I didn’t even have to use a conditioner or hair mask – it already made my hair moisturized. This is why this is my #1 option: it cleanses and almost serves as a conditioner itself.

TGIN (Thank God it’s Natural) Moisture Rich Shampoo

The TGIN shampoo is sulfate free and leaves your hair feeling soft and moisturized. After I wash my hair with the TGIN shampoo, I use the TGIN hair masque which is an amazing product as well. Combined with the shampoo, hair masque and leave in/washing conditioner, my hair feels very moisturized.

An “exclusive blend of mandarin orange extract” that can “gently” clean your hair and get rid of buildup, according to the Kinky Cury website. The sea kelp is supposed to allow for moisture retention, which is perfect for dry hair.

Aussie Mega Moist Shampoo

Mega Moist Shampoo

This shampoo is actually great for all hair types. I love Aussie but I wouldn’t use just this shampoo by itself. I usually pair the shampoo with the Aussie 3 in 1 miracle worker which serves as a hair masque.

Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Curl and Shine Shampoo

This shampoo is especially for thick natural hair. The thin shampoo content works perfect for thick curls and makes it manageable. Pairing this shampoo up with the conditioner is perfect. My hair is more of thin, loose strands – so I don’t use this shampoo as often but I love how it gently cleans and the conditioner is very moisturizing.
